NOTE: You will need an Arbiter Sports Game Number in order to request a change. That information is available by logging into your Arbiter account at Arbitersports.com If you are a coach or administrator and you do not have login information, please contact the ALOA (firstname.lastname@example.org).
All changes must be coordinated and agreed upon with the opponent. This includes swapping Varsity and JV start times, change of venues, and change of dates. If a change of date is requested, a change fee of $25 may be incurred to re-assign the game (due to referee availability). A minimum of 48 hours is required to cancel or change a game without penalty.
This fee is waived if fields are closed due to inclement weather, but the form must be submitted to re-schedule. In the event of a rainout, follow the game cancellation procedure posted on this website. The home team is responsible for contacting the league to inform them of the postponement and calling the assigned officials. The assigned officials are posted in Arbiter 48 hours in advance of the game start time, and the referee should confirm game details with team contacts in advance.
